SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Panda Sal's SMS/text messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly enroll individuals under the age of 18 in our messaging program. If we become aware that a subscriber is under 18, we will remove them from the program immediately.

• Message Types: Promotional offers, order updates, new menu items, event notifications and general business updates
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month
• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive text messages from Panda Sal's by:

• Submitting your phone number through a form on our website
• Texting a keyword to our designated number
• Providing your phone number and consent in person or over the phone

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, that you are 18 years of age or older, and you consent to receive text messages from Panda Sal's at that number.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of our text messaging program at any time by texting STOP to any message received from us. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will be removed from our messaging list. You will not receive any further messages unless you re-subscribe.

We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through our SMS/text messaging program with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All data collected through our messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property
